The first step is to find suppliers. You can go directly to AliExpress, change the country
settings
and copy the image to search for similar products. This will make it easier to find similar
products.
When you find the supplier, you can follow the below pictures to map it
Here are the Mapping steps:
1. Click the mapping button
2. Then copy the product link and Paste it into the input box
3. Set this supplier as the main supplier
4. And then select the corresponding product variation. Finally, click SAVE button
Please kindly note that after you make payment on AliExpress, the order will not go to the
awaiting
shipment tab directly, because DSers sync 5 times per day, and you could kindly wait for the next
sync time.
Or you could click one of these buttons to manually sync the status from AliExpress.
I also noticed that these two orders have been marked as “Pending” in your DSers account. This
means your customers haven't actually paid.
Only after DSers detect that these orders have been marked as “Paid” in Shopify they will be
updated to the “Awaiting order” status so that you can process them in DSers.
If you did get the money from customer, please mark the order as paid in Shopify like this.
After that, the corresponding DSers orders will be synced to awaiting orders tab, where you can
place those orders to your AlIExpress account from DSers.
