people had better not cooperate with their relatives when they start
a business since it will make the company difficult to run in a professional
manner. In modern business, what an establishment can rely on and makes
itself progress is a scientific scheme that is able to assist the business in
running effectively and saving money on the cost of human management.
For instance, the promotion of an employee should be based on the rule made
by senior management; also, every expense and income should be calculated clearly.
In this way, staff members will find working for the company promising since they can
have a clear idea of how to get promoted according to the standard, and no one can
misappropriate companies' funds because of restrict rules. In contrast, when family members
involve in the management of the establishment, it is difficult to restrict their behaviors.
As a consequence, the possible scenario would be that some employees will be promoted
not because of his/her contribution to the company but because he/she is a remote relative of
one of the family members that run the business together. At the same time, it is difficult to stop
