It is common for most students to meet the situation that professor says something wrong
in the lecture.Some students tend to ignore the mistake and continue to listening to the course for
the sake ofteachers, because breaking in the lecture is likely to ruin in the worship toward
teachers connected
with their authority. For other students, however, their first instinct is to directly point out the
mistaken knowledge during the class time despite class rules. Therefore, I would venture that for
most of the case, it makes sense for students to talk to the teacher personally after the break,
which seems more receptive to teachers.
To begin with, it is important to be polite and respectful to teachers even though they
make mistakes.

embarrassed. Teachers,

students are required to remain silence and obey class rules, and only when they are permitted,
can they leave the seats or speak, especially for students of junior grades.

students. For the students who fail to recognize the mistakes, the influence tends to be more
far-reaching. Due to lack of professional guide, they become the victims of teachers’ misleading
performance. There is high chance for students to keep the incorrect information in mind for a long
run which has possibility to ruin their knowledge base if they do not pay particular attention to
it. The situation may be more undesirable for students who choose to keep silence when they are
aware of the mistake. It implies that they are indifferent to others’ mistakes or lack of courage
to challenge the authority, even though the mistake may cause large scale of misleading. They are
prone to stay in the comfort zone and gradually grant it is not their obligation to correct other’s
mistake.
Admittedly, sometimes students need different strategy to respond to exception. For example, if
the lecture is only held once, students present are supposed to correct the mistake immediately
