As we all know, with modern life becoming complex,

A large number of people believe that the ability to plan and organize
is essential for youngsters.
It is undeniable that the capacity of planning and organizing is
increasingly vital in people's lives of modern society.
If young people have this ability, it will benefit their social lives a lot.
To begin with. the ability of planning and organizing is very
significant for independence.
All people need independence after they grow up.
They need to reasonably arrange their time and life when
they are independent.
They need to make a plan about when they need to wake up and start
work and when they need to rest or relax.
Besides, they also need to organize their colleagues or friends
to assist with their project in their work.
It will be very terrible if they cannot be independent.
Take my cousin as an example, he was a very good student and he obtained
a lot of awards in academy.
My aunt looked after him very well, she has organized anything for my cousin.
He hasn’t done anything except study when he was a high school student.
So he nearly had no ability to make a plan for his life when he lived in college .
Finally, he left college because he could not plan and organize his own life.
It is obvious that the capability to plan and organize is indispensable.\
Obviously, it is vital for young people to plan and organize their lives
in order to be independent.
To follow with, the ability of planning and organizing
has a positive influence on enlarging people's social circle.
If people have the ability to plan and organize, they have a lot of chances to make friends.
For example, I have many friends.
Most of my friends were made in some activities that
I organized such as picnic or going to a party or some assignment.
So I believe that the ability of planning and organizing is very useful
for young people to adjust to modern life.
In short, I have to admit that some people live well without this ability.
However, it is beneficial for most people to adapt to this modern society better.
